Technical support

For integration support, contact your ChargeIndia account team. When reporting issues, include:

  • X-Request-ID and X-Correlation-ID headers
  • Timestamp (UTC)
  • Endpoint, HTTP method, and party identity
  • Request/response bodies (redact tokens)

Security reporting

Report security vulnerabilities responsibly:

  • Email: security@chargeindia.com
  • Do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly before coordinated resolution
